Peach Cobbler


Peach Cobbler


I make this recipe excusivly in the dutch oven


Fill a 8-12 inch dutch oven 2 inches with canned peaches and syrup

then put 1 inch white cake mix on top

then slice 1/8 inch pats of butter, and checkerboard them on top of the cake mix

then sprinkle brown sugar over it

let cook at 350 degrees, start checking in 20 min, let the cake mix cook till no longer a batter, let the syrup "boil" it till solid.

I'll have to try it this way. I do my own following something completely different but this sounds just to easy which often is the only way to go. Maybe I'll add a scoop of home made vanilla Ice Cream on the side. Hmmm, getting hungrey for it now. Thanks for the Recipe.
